Kevin Durant Posts Career Highs in Points, Rebounds

Kevin Durant had career bests of 47 points and 18 boards, as the Oklahoma City Thunder stopped the Minnesota Timberwolves 118-117 in OT:

It was the same day Durant tweeted that BYU’s Jimmer Fredette is the best scorer in the world. Northwestern High grad Jeff Green tossed in 19, with eight rebounds for OKC. For the losers, Oxon Hill’s Michael Beasley scored 30, and collared nine rebounds.

  1. Durant is an amazing player. Corey Brewer was on him most of the game, but it made no difference. He can score as easily as anyone in the league.
