Neal Pitt Named All-MEAC

Fort Washington (Prince George’s County, Md.) product named second team all-conference:

Junior forward Neal Pitt (Fort Washington, Md.) and freshman forward/center Keishawn Mayes (Warrenton, N.C.) have been named to the All-MEAC Second Team and Rookie Team, respectively, the league announced Monday at the tip-off banquet held at the M.C. Benton, Jr. Convention Center.

 

Pitt, a junior-college transfer, is averaging 16.2 points and 8.0 rebounds per game and is in the top-10 in six statistical categories in the conference, including leading in offensive rebounding.
